What you will do

• Deliver strong thinking and craft within the field of practice.
• Lead conceptual exploration, including ideation, sketching, and research.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to establish direction and innovative design solutions.
• Develop design ideas across integrated solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the target audience.
• Support and guide more junior team members to elevate creative solutions.
• Collaborate with peers and partner groups to ensure project design continuity.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency as part of a project team.
• Demonstrates a sophisticated understanding of design with strong creative excellence and conceptual thinking.
• Strong technical skills with creative software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro, and AI tools.
• Proficiency in motion graphics and digital design.
• Ability to integrate a brand’s message, color, imagery, type, composition, and other assets into deliverables.
• Ability to tell a compelling story and communicate a design strategy.
