What you will do
- Configure new merchant locations, loyalty programs, and POS integrations to ensure seamless platform onboarding.
- Manage the setup and compliance process for credit card-linked loyalty programs.
- Diagnose and resolve technical operational issues through cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify and implement process improvements using scripted automations and AI tools.
- Document best practices to enhance overall team efficiency and merchant experience.
Requirements
- Must be located in Canada and experienced in remote work.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, technical support, or similar SaaS/retail roles.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for resolving technical issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Comfort utilizing AI tools to accelerate work and efficiency.
- Proficiency in translating technical issues into clear communications for stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira, Front, Zendesk, Google Sheets, Notion, or Salesforce.
- Background in the restaurant or retail industry.
- Proactive mindset for driving process improvement over mere task execution.
