Location: Must be based in Canada with a proven record of working remotely.

Salary: $20 - $22 USD per hour

What you will do

  • Configure new merchant locations, loyalty programs, and POS integrations to ensure seamless platform onboarding.
  • Manage the setup and compliance process for credit card-linked loyalty programs.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical operational issues through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements using scripted automations and AI tools.
  • Document best practices to enhance overall team efficiency and merchant experience.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Canada and experienced in remote work.
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, technical support, or similar SaaS/retail roles.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for resolving technical issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Comfort utilizing AI tools to accelerate work and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in translating technical issues into clear communications for stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira, Front, Zendesk, Google Sheets, Notion, or Salesforce.
  • Background in the restaurant or retail industry.
  • Proactive mindset for driving process improvement over mere task execution.
