TL;DR

Fullstack Developer (C#/.NET): Developing and maintaining the Mobile Service Cloud platform for global customer engagement with an accent on cloud-native architecture, microservices, and AI-driven automation. Focus on building scalable communication solutions, integrating AI agents, and improving system efficiency in a fast-paced product environment.

Location: Must work on-site in Arnhem, Netherlands. Requires permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.

Salary: €4,000–€6,000

What you will do

Take ownership of the Mobile Service Cloud development, a cloud-native contact center platform.
Integrate and manage various communication channels like WhatsApp, Email, and Phone.
Develop intelligent customer service agents using cutting-edge AI technologies.
Collaborate within a team to optimize processes using automation and smart tooling.
Make rapid architectural decisions and iterate based on real-world impact.

Requirements

Must possess a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
Must be able to work on-site in Arnhem.
Extensive experience with C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
Fluent in both Dutch and English.
Senior mindset for coaching and strategic vision.

Nice to have

Experience with frontend technologies such as Vue.js or jQuery.
Interest in applying AI tooling to development processes.
