What you will do
- Perform financial analyses for month-end and year-end closings.
- Implement and ensure compliance with IFRS and Dutch GAAP standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audits on a domestic and international scale.
- Identify and implement process improvements using AI, automation, and BI tools.
- Prepare comprehensive internal and external financial reports.
- Collaborate with finance, corporate, and business functions across the organization.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Accountancy or Finance (RA/CPA qualification is a plus).
- Several years of Big 4 experience and a strong background in Accountancy.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge including IFRS and Dutch GAAP.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency.
- Proficiency in English and Dutch (written and spoken) is required.
- Must hold a permanent work and residence permit for the Netherlands.
Nice to have
- RA or CPA certification.
- Deep experience with automation and financial AI tooling.
