What you will do

• Develop and integrate Generative AI applications using LLMs into business platforms.
• Design, implement, and optimize robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Build and maintain high-performance APIs to expose AI-driven services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into existing backend ecosystems.
• Optimize system architecture and scalability within cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Participate in technology selection and architectural discussions for production-level AI services.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Proven experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector databases/embeddings.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architecture design and implementation.
• English level B2 or higher is required for communication in an international team.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, Git, and CI/CD practices.
