What you will do
- Act as the primary SME for Workday Recruiting, Performance, and Talent modules.
- Lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of TA and Talent processes.
- Manage end-to-end execution of cyclical programs like Annual Performance Reviews and Talent Reviews.
- Configure and deploy business process changes, security roles, and functional settings within Workday.
- Build and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights on hiring and talent metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to manage integrations and ensure data integrity and audit compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience including Recruiting, Performance, and Talent modules.
- Proven expertise in business process configuration, custom reporting, and testing documentation.
- Knowledge of GDPR and global HR audit requirements.
- Experience supporting cyclical talent processes at a global scale.
- Strong ability to manage stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
- Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw.
Nice to have
- Workday certifications in HCM, Recruiting, or Talent.
- Experience with integrations and data loads (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
- Background in high-growth SaaS or global matrixed environments.
