Focus on orchestrating end-to-end cyclical HR programs and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable HRIS solutions within the EMEA time zone.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary SME for Workday Recruiting, Performance, and Talent modules.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of TA and Talent processes.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of cyclical programs like Annual Performance Reviews and Talent Reviews.
  • Configure and deploy business process changes, security roles, and functional settings within Workday.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide actionable insights on hiring and talent metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to manage integrations and ensure data integrity and audit compliance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience including Recruiting, Performance, and Talent modules.
  • Proven expertise in business process configuration, custom reporting, and testing documentation.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and global HR audit requirements.
  • Experience supporting cyclical talent processes at a global scale.
  • Strong ability to manage stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw.

Nice to have

  • Workday certifications in HCM, Recruiting, or Talent.
  • Experience with integrations and data loads (EIB, Core Connectors, APIs).
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or global matrixed environments.
