What you will do

• Gather and analyze business requirements for process implementation within the FerrytFlow BPMN platform.
• Configure, maintain, and refine business processes to meet specific banking client needs.
• Provide daily operational support and technical guidance to system users.
• Collaborate on process development cycles to ensure alignment with business and IT strategies.

Requirements

• Technical degree (Computer Science, Math, Physics, or related) or currently in progress.
• Solid knowledge of MS SQL and T-SQL for query writing and data handling.
• Familiarity with web fundamentals including HTML and CSS.
• Understanding of BPMN and UML notations for process modeling.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and communication skills.
• Conversational English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Hands-on knowledge of FerrytFlow or UniFlow platforms.
