PLM Functional Consultant (Aras Innovator)

PLM Functional Consultant (Aras Innovator): Supporting the configuration, development, and user adoption of the Aras PLM platform with an accent on product structure, document management, and change control. Location: Must be based in Poland and hold a valid work permit. Hybrid work is available with an office in Szczecin.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to refine user stories and functional requirements.
• Configure Aras Innovator modules to support business processes including workflows, permissions, and life cycles.
• Author test scripts and perform UAT to ensure system functionality meets business expectations.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and work alongside technical teams on platform resolutions.
• Analyze existing workflows to propose system improvements and feature rollouts.
• Ensure technical implementation aligns with business process documentation.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland and have a valid work permit.
• 2–4 years of experience in a functional or business analyst role with PLM systems, specifically Aras Innovator.
• Solid understanding of core PLM concepts such as BOMs, Parts, ECOs, and CAD data.
• Proficiency with Aras configuration including forms, data modeling, and workflows.
• Knowledge of C# and SQL.
• Strong communication skills in English and experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
