What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain low-latency trading systems using Rust.
• Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to implement market-making and arbitrage strategies.
• Build robust infrastructure and tools for research, analytics, and strategy optimization.
• Automate deployment and monitoring processes for live trading systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real-time.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of professional Rust development experience.
• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and core quant finance concepts like market microstructure and limit-order books.
• Hands-on experience with real-time data processing and low-allocation, zero-copy design.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative field.
• Understanding of market-making, prop, or OTC trading strategies.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in high-frequency trading (HFT) or other electronic trading environments.
• PhD in a relevant technical or mathematical discipline.
