What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and fault-tolerant LIS/LIMS software and backend services.
• Collaborate closely with scientists, analysts, and product managers to solve complex technical problems.
• Lead major engineering projects while championing high standards of code quality and engineering culture.
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure system reliability and maintainability.
• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis to ensure system uptime.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Strong background in LIS/LIMS development, configuration, and deployments.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable backend systems.
• Excellent communication skills with a transparent, collaborative mindset.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
