What you will do

  • Architect and implement distributed backend services for key generation, storage, and lifecycle management.
  • Develop high-assurance signing protocols and secure transaction flows utilizing MPC.
  • Build secure backup and disaster recovery mechanisms for sensitive cryptographic material.
  • Optimize performance-critical components to execute complex operations at scale.
  • Harden systems against real-world adversarial attack vectors and security threats.
  • Collaborate with security and cryptography researchers to ship robust production-grade systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of production-level C++ experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with high-level programming languages.
  • Proven background in building large-scale distributed backend systems.
  • Strong grasp of concurrency, memory management, and system design optimization.
  • Solid experience with SQL databases and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure.
  • Security engineering mindset and capability to participate in novel research.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the blockchain ecosystem or with on-premise deployments.
  • Familiarity with HSMs or Trusted Execution Environments (confidential computing).
  • Background in kernel development or highly security-sensitive environments.
