What you will do

• Drive business growth by transforming AI opportunities into live, high-value consumer products.
• Develop and prioritize strategic roadmaps focused on subscription growth and user experience.
• Design, execute, and interpret A/B experiments to validate AI-powered features and onboarding flows.
• Translate advanced generative AI and LLM capabilities into intuitive, high-impact UX.
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning engineering, design, data, and marketing.
• Make data-driven decisions while balancing product intuition and implementation trade-offs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of product management or data/analytics experience with proven product impact.
• Demonstrated track record of improving KPIs like user growth, engagement, and retention in B2C mobile environments.
• Strong hands-on AI literacy with an understanding of generative systems, LLMs, and creative pipelines.
• Advanced experimentation methodology skills, from hypothesis design to statistical analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy to senior stakeholders.
• Must be able to work from the Jerusalem office.

Nice to have

• Background in creative tools, photography, or AI-based product development.
• Experience with subscription economics and mobile growth levers.
• Strong technical background or ability to hold deep technical conversations with researchers.
