TL;DR

Fullstack Software Engineer (Java/React): Developing and modernizing software applications and services for a large-scale fulfilment network with an accent on Java microservices, REST APIs, and React interfaces. Focus on improving depot automation, designing scalable architecture, and ensuring system performance, availability, and reliability within a DevOps-driven environment.

Location: Must be based in or near Kraków, Poland; hybrid role (60% in-office requirement).

Salary: 20,000–25,000 PLN gross/month.

What you will do

Design, develop, and review architecture for modern web applications and microservices.
Improve efficiency and user experience within the automated fresh food depot network.
Practice DevOps principles through the entire software lifecycle, including CI/CD and production support.
Build and maintain mobile-first, cross-platform progressive web applications.
Communicate technical progress and solutions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Contribute to the strategic direction of internal fulfillment tools and Autonomous Mobile Robot integration.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience with Java 11+.
Strong background in designing and developing microservices and REST APIs.
Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
Proficiency in Test Driven Development.
Good English communication skills.
Must be based in or near Kraków to fulfill the hybrid office requirement.

Nice to have

Experience with Azure or other cloud solutions.
Exposure to React development.
