What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end strategic finance function, including long-range planning, budgeting, and performance management.
• Partner with the CFO and executive team to drive resource allocation, organizational design, and strategic investment initiatives.
• Manage investor relations, Board reporting, and the development of compelling financial narratives for external stakeholders.
• Oversee capital structure strategy, liquidity planning, and the execution of M&A and financing transactions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while implementing AI-first analytical tools and processes.
• Provide data-driven insights to influence pricing decisions, ROI evaluations, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Deep expertise in the crypto and digital asset industry.
• Proven ability to manage capital-related processes, IPO-readiness, and complex M&A transactions.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for engaging with Boards and external investors.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in fast-scaling environments.
