What you will do

  • Define and scale the banking success playbook, including onboarding standards and maturity models.
  • Own post-sale success and strategic roadmap sessions for enterprise banking customers.
  • Drive account retention, renewal readiness, and expansion strategies in partnership with Sales.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Act as a trusted industry advisor regarding regulatory trends, crypto infrastructure, and payment rails.
  • Lead executive-level enablement, workshops, and high-stakes escalation management.

Requirements

  • 8–15+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Enterprise Client Leadership.
  • Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Deep fluency in banking and payments infrastructure, compliance, digital wallets, and blockchain-based systems.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing complex enterprise accounts within SaaS or fintech.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with C-suite and technical leaders.
  • Proficiency with CRM and customer success platforms like Salesforce and Gainsight.
