Location: Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid position).

What you will do
- Generate and revise renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotes for existing customers.
- Review discounts, payment terms, and proration to ensure accuracy before processing.
- Perform opportunity hygiene reviews to ensure correct CRM data entry and staging.
- Submit won opportunities for final processing.
- Assist in training new team members and monitor daily performance statistics.
- Handle custom quote requests as needed by the renewal team.
Requirements
- Resume must be submitted in English.
- Initial interview will be conducted in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Located in or able to work from the São Paulo office.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Experience in an administrative or customer-facing support role.
