What you will do

  • Drive the execution of comprehensive payment fraud prevention visions aligned with company goals.
  • Analyze fraud trends and vulnerabilities to devise effective countermeasures.
  • Reduce incoming fraud disputes and financial losses through process and rule optimization.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Payments, and Compliance to improve fraud-related technologies.
  • Manage relationships with external third-party service providers to stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Work with Audit and legal entities to ensure policy implementation and deterrence of fraudulent activity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in fraud management.
  • Proven knowledge of the iGaming industry (online Casino or Sportsbook).
  • Deep understanding of payment systems and associated risk profiles.
  • Experience with Visa/Mastercard Chargeback and Fraud programs.
  • Knowledge of onboarding and KYC regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
