Payments Manager (iGaming)

🚀 WE’RE HIRING: PAYMENTS MANAGER (iGAMING) 🚀
📍 Tbilisi, Georgia

We’re looking for a PAYMENTS MANAGER to take full ownership of our payment operations from managing PSP relationships to optimizing performance, compliance, and player experience.

🔎 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Managing #PSPs, crypto providers & acquiring banks
• Overseeing deposits, withdrawals, reconciliations & disputes
• Monitoring conversion rates, approval ratios, fees & processing times
• Optimizing transaction flows & user experience
• Collaborating on integrations & new payment features
• Ensuring AML/KYC & regulatory compliance
• Supporting expansion into new markets

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years in iGaming payments or fintech (managerial experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cards, e-wallets, APMs & crypto
• Hands-on experience with PSP integrations & vendor management
• Analytical mindset & performance-driven approach
• Solid understanding of AML/KYC & risk management
• Proactive, structured & hands-on attitude
• Fluent English communication skills
•  Have worked with Finteqhub and Softswiss ideally
