What you will do

• Champion infrastructure reliability by enhancing monitoring and incident management systems.
• Develop and execute a long-term platform strategy utilizing Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Contribute hands-on as a principal-level engineer to complex architecture and technical problem-solving.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers while fostering a culture of excellence.
• Drive security, SOC 2/GDPR compliance, and FinOps practices to ensure operational efficiency.
• Partner with engineering leads to align platform initiatives with business goals and scalability requirements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in platform engineering with hands-on expertise in AWS or GCP.
• Deep proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Strong track record of leading complex infrastructure projects and mentoring DevOps teams.
• Proven ability to build highly available, resilient services for the crypto/trading domain.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience driving security practices like zero-trust models and DevSecOps.
