What you will do

• Lead the daily operation and strategy implementation for the information and cybersecurity program.
• Define and enforce SSDLC v2.0 gates across build and deployment pipelines.
• Drive CSPM/SSPM baselining to reduce misconfigurations and vulnerabilities.
• Maintain ISMS processes aligned to ISO 27001 and coordinate customer audit evidence.
• Harden cloud infrastructure by partnering with Platform teams on AWS security.
• Provide guidance to TISO and security analysts while promoting a developer-centric security culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading security delivery in a cloud-native product company.
• Strong understanding of AWS security architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and application security.
• Experience operationalizing ISMS controls and preparing for enterprise customer audits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Practical ability to execute and measure security outcomes.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or AWS Security.
