What you will do

• Build and maintain product features and platform components across the full stack, including frontend, backend, infra, or on-chain systems.
• Own scoped projects end-to-end from problem definition and design to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to deliver fast and secure financial experiences.
• Instrument and improve performance, reliability, and observability of trading infrastructure.
• Write clear, tested code and comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from the New York City office.
• Hands-on experience building software through courses, personal projects, research, or internships.
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Rust, Java, or C++.
• Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with Git and standard debugging practices.
• Ability to make informed trade-offs in a fast-paced business environment.

Nice to have

• Curiosity or interest in DeFi and cryptocurrency.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, specifically Solana.
• Experience in full-stack web development, backend APIs, or infrastructure/DevOps tools like Docker and CI/CD.
