What you will do

• Build, configure, and maintain Windows servers, VM clusters, and virtual machines.
• Monitor OS and VM health (services, logs, performance metrics) and resolve issues.
• Execute monthly patching cycles and validate application functionality post-update.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues, GPO application problems, and access control.
• Maintain backup solutions and perform regular restore testing for DR readiness.
• Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks (CPU, memory, disk, network).

Requirements

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration (Active Directory, GPOs, services, registry).
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix or similar).
• Knowledge of patch management tools and troubleshooting update failures.
• Understanding of TLS/PKI and certificate lifecycle management.
• Experience with performance monitoring tools (PerfMon, Event Viewer).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
