What you will do

  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Influencer, Social, and PR teams to champion player-first ideas and build campaigns.
  • Assist in creating and executing communication strategies for VALORANT players via social platforms.
  • Serve as a forward-facing advocate and contact for the community of players in Indonesia and Malaysia.
  • Partner with the VALORANT global Publishing team to escalate player needs and provide visibility into specific behaviors and trends.
  • Serve as the voice of players to global Publishing teams during campaign marketing and live service operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support meaningful engagement with players and strengthen the VALORANT community in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience working in and managing online communities, including social media, digital marketing, and influencer strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the regional/cultural landscape and gaming communities in Indonesia and/or Malaysia.
  • Experience with community best practices, including communication strategies, user acquisition, and driving users through the funnel.
  • Hands-on or strategic experience with creating and executing Social Media and Influencer campaigns.
  • Experience collaborating on projects from kickoff to execution.
  • Experience localizing campaigns for audiences around the globe.
  • Strong familiarity with gaming culture and player communities.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with in-house and agency creative production teams.
  • Experience developing custom community activations.
