What you will do

• Execute brand and communications strategy to ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across all channels.
• Lead media relations and PR initiatives to secure high-impact coverage aligned with company milestones.
• Develop critical communication assets, including press releases, executive messaging, and media kits.
• Manage brand reputation and lead crisis communications efforts to protect company credibility.
• Drive internal communications to foster transparency and align teams with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to support commercial and organizational goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Brand, Communications, or Public Relations.
• Proven track record in securing high-quality media coverage and managing journalist relationships.
• Experience navigating crisis communications and high-pressure situations.
• Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
• Experience supporting senior leadership for media interviews and public appearances.
• Background in Fintech, Technology, or Financial Services is preferred.
