What you will do

• Oversee comprehensive messaging strategy across all public-facing and internal channels.
• Manage relationships with journalists, media outlets, and PR agencies to secure high-impact coverage.
• Develop external communications assets including press releases, media kits, and executive talking points.
• Lead reputation management and crisis communications to safeguard brand integrity.
• Execute internal communications to foster transparency and align staff with organizational goals.
• Drive communication strategy for Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or External Affairs.
• Proven track record in securing high-impact media coverage and managing relationships with top-tier journalists.
• Demonstrated experience in executing crisis communication plans and managing high-pressure media responses.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Experience serving as a company spokesperson or preparing executives for high-stakes interviews.
• Strong understanding of internal communications and digital engagement channels.
