Middle Product Designer (SaaS)

hirify.global provides a SaaS data protection platform with immutable historical archives for systems including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk.

What you will do

• Frame product problems and align with Product Management and Engineering from discovery through implementation.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes for complex multi-step workflows.
• Validate concepts with users and stakeholders and support usability testing.
• Communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale clearly.
• Contribute to the hirify.global Design System and ensure consistency across the product area.
• Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, document decisions, and prepare handover materials.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of UX and UI principles.
• Experience designing complex workflows, including multi-state screens, edge cases, and cross-feature dependencies.
• Ability to translate insights into practical design solutions and create prototypes at different fidelity levels.
• Experience working independently on scoped tasks and managing your workflow.
• Ability to collaborate proactively across roles and give and receive feedback.
• Solid spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B or data-heavy SaaS products.
• Experience designing for enterprise users.
• Knowledge of usability testing methods and accessibility standards.
