Location: Candidates must be located in the DC-metro area and be willing to adapt to a hybrid or on site work location in Washington DC if required.

What you will do

• Coordinate and run multi-tenant anti-phishing training simulations for approximately 50 agencies.
• Create templates and schedules, secure approvals, and run periodic simulations.
• Develop and provide reporting and after-action recommendations depending on outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies; recommend policy changes in alignment with environmental factors.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in related field; may be substituted with additional years of experience.
• Minimum three (3) years leading large, enterprise cybersecurity training initiatives.
• Minimum one (1) year of hands-on experience running anti-phishing training simulations using COTS tools (e.g., KnowBe4).
• Active CISSP, CISM, or similar certification.
• Minimum Active Top Secret clearance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Expert level attention to detail to support 100% accuracy in all activities is required.
