Location: Stockholm, Sweden. Flexible hybrid working model.

What you will do

  • Act as Product Owner for customer master data within the platform.
  • Define, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the strategic evolution of the platform towards broader party data capabilities.
  • Support platform-level governance and decision-making in a Chief Product Owner capacity.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Product Owner, with excellent requirement management skills.
  • Proven experience working with Master Data Management (MDM), preferably customer-focused.
  • Background in data-driven environments.
  • Experience working within large-scale transformation programs and complex system landscapes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish

Nice to have

  • Experience within banking and/or insurance industries.
