What you will do
- Lead large-scale migration projects from GitLab to GitHub.
- Design and implement migration strategies for complex environments.
- Collaborate with distributed/offshore DevOps teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate complex initiatives with a strong problem-solving mindset.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 5 years in architecture roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale migration projects, particularly GitLab to GitHub.
- Strong expertise in GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Shell, and YAML.
- Solid experience with Git and version control best practices.
- Fluency in English.
