What you will do

• Design and build robust cloud-native infrastructure, prioritizing automation, scalability, and high availability.
• Develop self-service capabilities that empower engineering teams across the organization to operate autonomously.
• Ensure system reliability and performance, especially during high-traffic events in large-scale distributed environments.
• Contribute to technical strategy and roadmaps to ensure the platform scales with global business goals.
• Optimize cost efficiency and reliability through the adoption of modern infrastructure patterns.
• Provide technical mentorship to team members to foster a culture of operational and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building and maintaining complex platform infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD tooling.
• Hands-on programming experience with Python or Golang for tool development.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and operational automation.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder influence.
