What you will do

• Design innovative advertising and social media banners that resonate with Latin America and global audiences.
• Apply design principles to create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with campaign objectives and branding guidelines.
• Manage graphic design tasks from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design.
• Provide creative input to continuously improve the visual aspect of the brand.

Requirements

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiar with other graphic design software (Figma).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• English language at a high level it’s a must
