What you will do

• Provide technical support for banking web, mobile, and back-office systems.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents to ensure minimal operational disruption.
• Analyze data flows using SQL to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain application performance across Windows and Linux environments.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams on complex incidents.
• Document resolutions and maintain knowledge bases for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of experience in application or production support
• Advanced English level (written and spoken)
• Experience supporting banking or financial services applications
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, Windows, and Linux administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with cross-functional experience

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AI tooling to optimize workflows and process automation
• Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, IIS, and middleware
• Experience with cloud environments and mission-critical systems
