Location: Must live within a 50- mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location and are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year.

What you will do

• Determine user requirements for a set of scenarios.
• Develop design documents for a product, application, service, or platform.
• Produce extensible and maintainable code used across products.
• Drive multiple group’s project plans, release plans, and work items.
• Monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.
• Improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• Passion for supporting great quality, high performance, and reliable systems and APIs.
• Experience designing and scaling high-throughput distributed systems and robust data pipelines.
• Customer focused, strategic, drives for results, is self-motivated, and has a propensity for action.
• Good problem solver; ability to solve problems that the world has not solved before.
