What you will do

• Support the live service strategy for 7 Days to Die, ensuring strong player engagement and long-term growth.
• Partner with production to plan effectively, foresee potential challenges, and prioritize trade-offs that maximize impact.
• Use player data and insights to inform the planning and prioritization of roadmap initiatives to support the game’s long-term vision.
• Establish KPIs and a success framework, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and moving in the same direction.
• Champion the player perspective, ensuring features and updates resonate with the community.
• Build and maintain revenue forecasting and performance models.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning live service products in a PC and console environment.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience building revenue forecasts and performance models.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines in a fast-evolving and ambiguous context.
• Passion for games, a player-first mindset, and a pragmatic, low-ego approach.
