Location: Beijing, China. Starting January 26, 2026, hirify.global (MAI) employees who live within a 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week.

• Provide technical leadership across Ads BI and Monetization.
• Drive the continuous expansion of MAI Ads business.
• Evolve measurement logic.
• Systematically improve system reliability.
• Deliver stable, scalable system capabilities that create sustained business value.

Requirements

• Well positioned to use modern AI tools for various planning, development, communication etc.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, Scala, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• Solid experience of shipping high performance C#, Java, or equivalent language code software.
• Good communication skill, fluent in English (both oral and written)

Nice to have

• Understanding of distributed system and data parallel computing.
• Data processing or analytics experience with Spark, Flink, Kafka, Azure Data Lake.
• Domain knowledge of ads, search or content services.
• Experience of designing mission critical data pipelines with SLA commitment.
• Quick learning and solid problem solving and debugging skills.
