What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python.
• Build and manage event-driven architectures utilizing Apache Kafka.
• Develop real-time data pipelines and streaming solutions using Flink.
• Implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Apply reactive programming principles, such as WebFlux, to enhance system performance.
• Collaborate on performance tuning and architectural improvements across MongoDB and Oracle environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, particularly with Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of experience with Python in backend or data-focused roles.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and streaming technologies like Flink.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Reactive Programming (WebFlux).
• Cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Exposure to AI frameworks, LLMs, or agent-based architectures.
