What you will do

• Own problems, not tickets, and figure out what to build to address challenges.
• Take features from idea to production, often in days, measuring output in customer impact.
• Build AI agents that handle thousands of real guest-host conversations and automate complex workflows.
• Introduce the right tool for tomorrow, working with Kotlin/Java, AWS, k8s, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of backend development experience (Kotlin or Java).
• You use AI coding tools like Claude Code as a natural extension of your workflow.
• You've shipped production systems and understand what it takes to keep them running.
• You think in products, not features, asking "what problem are we solving?".
• You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by ownership.
• You communicate clearly - with code, in documents, and in conversation.
