Location: Must work from the hirify.global Zurich office at least four days a week.

What you will do

• Design and develop large-scale reinforcement learning systems from the ground up.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in distributed training environments.
• Benchmark and tune pretraining software for Nvidia GB200 and AMD MIxxx GPU clusters.
• Debug complex cross-system issues in production-grade environments.
• Collaborate with researchers to deploy AI models into innovative consumer products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical engineering experience in software development.
• Expertise in parallel, concurrent, and distributed programming.
• Strong proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience building scalable systems from scratch.
• Must be able to work from the Zurich office at least 4 days per week.
