What you will do

  • Develop and maintain Unity-based frameworks to enhance testing and production efficiency across live titles.
  • Lead technical initiatives for live operations to ensure stability and scalability for millions of users.
  • Drive innovation by prototyping new technologies and integrating AI-powered workflows.
  • Champion a unified codebase to foster collaboration, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with game teams and analysts to identify bottlenecks and optimize development pipelines.
  • Mentor developers on Unity best practices, tooling, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Unity development and C# programming.
  • Proven track record in live game operations, including remote configurations and update management.
  • Advanced knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and testing frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of game performance optimization and large-scale debugging.
  • Practical experience with AI/ML techniques for testing, operations, or development workflows.
  • Experience in leadership, mentorship, or setting strategic technical vision.
