What you will do

• Drive cross-functional initiatives and coordinate stakeholders across business units and enabling functions.
• Present insights, strategic recommendations, and decision material to senior management teams.
• Support leaders and teams in embedding AI tools into everyday workflows and core processes.
• Contribute to organizational readiness and competence development for AI-driven transformation.

Requirements

• Academic degree in business, technology, data, or AI-related field.
• Solid experience in AI strategy or adoption roles.
• Proven background in leading large cross-functional projects.
• Strong technical understanding to engage effectively with data scientists, developers, and architects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration.
