What you will do

• Operate and maintain application/web servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere) and IBM MQ platforms
• Manage TLS/certificate lifecycle, including installation, renewal, and validation
• Monitor system health, analyze logs, and respond to incidents
• Execute patch management and configuration changes during controlled windows
• Collaborate with network and security teams on load balancing and WAF configurations
• Maintain technical documentation and runbooks to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, or IBM MQ
• Strong understanding of TLS/certificates and cipher suites
• Knowledge of reverse proxies, load balancers, and WAF integrations
• Experience with deployment processes, change management, and configuration versioning
• Ability to analyze logs and perform basic performance tuning
• Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
