What you will do
- Operate and maintain application/web servers (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere) and IBM MQ platforms
- Manage TLS/certificate lifecycle, including installation, renewal, and validation
- Monitor system health, analyze logs, and respond to incidents
- Execute patch management and configuration changes during controlled windows
- Collaborate with network and security teams on load balancing and WAF configurations
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks to ensure operational excellence
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WebSphere, or IBM MQ
- Strong understanding of TLS/certificates and cipher suites
- Knowledge of reverse proxies, load balancers, and WAF integrations
- Experience with deployment processes, change management, and configuration versioning
- Ability to analyze logs and perform basic performance tuning
- Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
