What you will do

Define the product roadmap and execute strategies to achieve Product-Market Fit.
Conduct consumer research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Shape pricing models and value exchange to maximize user LTV and profitability.
Implement Product-Led Growth strategies and viral loops to drive user acquisition.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to synchronize product goals.
Utilize data tools like Amplitude to track user behavior and inform product decisions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Product Management focusing on B2C digital products.
Proven track record in implementing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
Deep understanding of the Creator Economy business models and workflows.
Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in behavioral analytics tools.
Fluent in English (C1 or equivalent).
Experience leveraging AI for research and prototyping.

Nice to have

Background in mobile apps, marketplaces, or creator tools.
Passion for B-Corp values and impactful technology.
