Senior Product Engineer (AI): Developing and enhancing the core Tech Due Diligence platform to empower investment decisions with an accent on AI-driven workflows and scalable data pipelines. Focus on building and iterating product features in direct collaboration with internal CTO consultants to ensure high-impact delivery.

Location: Must already hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany. Remote-first with a hybrid HQ in Berlin.

What you will do

• Enhance and extend the core hirify.global ONE product and delivery platform.
• Analyze complex data points to deliver relevant KPIs for CTOs and investors.
• Drive product iterations through rapid feedback loops with CTO consultants.
• Support and automate direct data import processes for due diligence projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and solve real-world problems through internal tooling.

Requirements

• Must already hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, including Django and React frameworks.
• Strong experience with AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
• Background in working with data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and visualization tools.
• Proven ability to take ownership and lead technical initiatives with autonomy.
• English fluency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud ecosystems, infrastructure as code, and containerized deployments.
• Fluency in additional languages.
