What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for the Web Experience platform, including design systems and shared front-end components.
• Ensure scalable, consistent user experiences by establishing unified patterns and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build capabilities that improve product development efficiency.
• Partner with vertical product managers to drive adoption of transversal solutions across the organization.
• Define and monitor success metrics related to platform adoption and user experience quality.
• Act as the primary bridge between technical platform teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in platform or developer-facing roles.
• Strong background working with engineering teams on web platforms and front-end architectures.
• Proven ability to drive cross-team alignment and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of modern web technologies and component-based design.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical capabilities into business value.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to inform decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience managing design systems or front-end platforms.
• Familiarity with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns.
• Background in B2B products or analytical platforms.
