What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI Agent solutions and proprietary models.
• Focus on improving reasoning, planning capabilities, and evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional software teams to integrate agents into customer-facing products.
• Lead initiatives to scale AI systems for production, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Research and implement methods to improve the security and cost-efficiency of AI deployments.
• Contribute to long-term technical roadmaps for AI Agent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience in AI and machine learning.
• Solid knowledge of NLP, Generative AI, and working with LLMs in production environments.
• Practical knowledge of frameworks like PyTorch, Tensorflow, Hugging Face, and NumPy.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud-based AI infrastructure.
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead strategic AI initiatives across the organization.
