What you will do

• Design and optimize RAG models that integrate retrieval and generation approaches.
• Fine-tune LLMs for specific client tasks and domain-driven applications.
• Build and maintain scalable ML infrastructure on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Collaborate with client teams to deploy GenAI products into production environments.
• Identify and leverage AI/ML opportunities to provide transformative solutions for high-profile clients.
• Write clean, testable, and production-level code.

Requirements

• Must be based in Latin America.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in production machine learning environments.
• 4+ years of experience with NLP and deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• 1+ year of direct experience with RAG and advanced model optimization techniques.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Deep expertise in specific prompting vs. fine-tuning trade-offs.
