What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend architectures for proprietary AI Agent models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into customer-facing solutions.
• Lead initiatives to improve system scalability, reliability, and backend performance.
• Optimize server response times and manage high-volume data processing tasks.
• Implement security measures and cost-reduction strategies across backend services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend system architecture or cloud services.
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Proficiency in gRPC, REST, and high-performance database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
• Professional background with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Prior experience working with Virtual Agent or AI Agent systems.
