What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and robust APIs.
• Build and optimize data storage solutions using Postgres, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch.
• Collaborate with frontend, data science, and ML teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve distributed system performance.
• Analyze and optimize system architecture to eliminate performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure high standards for security, scalability, and code maintainability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer with expertise in database design.
• Strong proficiency in ClickHouse or similar columnar databases for analytical queries.
• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch for large-scale indexing and searching.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for cross-functional collaboration.
