What you will do

• Partner with enterprise customers to identify AI use cases and implement tailored solutions.
• Architect and deliver custom applications, templates, and integrations using hirify.global's platform and APIs.
• Translate technical concepts into clear solution recommendations, guiding customers through generative AI.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams, providing customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
• Drive down customer time-to-value by developing scalable processes and efficient workflows for technical integrations.
• Champion the adoption and expansion of hirify.global's AI solutions within customer accounts.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical SaaS roles, with 3+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or technical account management.
• Deep technical fluency in Python and experience leveraging APIs for AI applications.
• Track record of delivering complex technical solutions for Fortune 500 enterprises in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying AI concepts for diverse audiences.
• A builder's mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and generative AI.
• A drive to connect with customers and internal teams, challenge the status quo, and own successful outcomes.
