Product Manager

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-production monitoring.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of features, bugs, and improvements.
• Lead feature discovery, competitive benchmarking, and delivery schedules.
• Enforce pixel-perfect design standards and conduct ongoing UX research.
• Utilize Mixpanel and data analytics to drive product metrics and backlog ideas.
• Facilitate twice-daily feedback loops with Dev, QA, and Data teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management in leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing complex Web products.
• Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.
• Deep mastery of data analytics events and KPI-driven product control.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Mixpanel.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams including QA, development, and data.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Anthropic for product operations.
• Strong background in component-based UI systems.
